At Presently Yours, your order enters our production facility 2 hours after it is placed. This allows us to provide fast and efficient service to ensure your personalized gifts are crafted and delivered as quickly as possible.

Because orders go into production right away, there is limited time for your order to be revised. To avoid any issues, we encourage you to take a few extra moments to carefully review your order before finalizing it.

  • Double-check the spelling of all names.
  • Ensure the order includes all required names so that everyone is properly displayed on the item.

If You’ve Made a Mistake:

If an error occurs and you need to reorder, we’ll gladly offer you a generous 30% discount on your new order.

If the Error Is Ours:

If the mistake is on our end, we’ll replace the item at no additional cost to you.
